There are no words to describe this amazing couple! Since the moment I called them, they started to look for properties that fit my necesities. They were helping me reviewed them. I can't say enough positive thincd about my experience working with Mark and Angie but I'ln do my best. I'm an experienced Real Estate having purchased and renovated oner 20 promefties in the last 10 hears but this time around was very challenging. Due to lack of availability and the high interest rates is was very difficult for me to find an investment property that would not lose hundreds of dollars monthly. The ones I did and went to contract on (6) all failed to be as they appeared in photos, had no reserves with major assessments coming soon (which Mark helped discover), or malor termite problems, leaks etc. Were found with inspectors. Mark even talked me out of 2 deals that I was considering moving forward putting my best interest over his commission. That all being said, K closed yesterday finally!!!!
