Under any circumstances selling a house can be trying. However, The Tanner Group made the process of selling our house as smooth as possible. Their attention to detail, and attention to our needs, made us feel like we were their only listing; like we were working with a concierge agency. Frankly, in the past I’ve wondered what a listing Agent did to earn their fee. Beyond any doubt, Angela and Marc earned every penny. They set the ‘gold standard’ for what a listing agent should be. They offered valued thoughts on how to best stage the house for presentation, guidance on a competitive price, and keen insight on what was happening to the market (not just when we listed, but as time progressed). I had the pleasure of working with Angela. She provided excellent service from the beginning of the process and continues to, well after closing. I highly recommend Angela without any reservations. Angela provided ideas on neighborhoods that might fit into my wants/needs and what types of Condos I might expect to find within my budget. She spent time talking about the pros/cons of the different things I saw in each Condo/community. And I was never disappointed with her responses.
